Questions about immigration to Canada

Our clientele is international, and we have just as many individual clients as we have corporate clients.

Individual clients approach us for various situations relating to their status in Canada. We mainly process requests for sponsorship, permanent residence with CSQ, or Express Entry and visa/AVE, but we also process study or work permits.

Our corporate clientele is very demanding, and we have developed expertise for work permit applications in Quebec. This allows us to be able to strategically support companies with their recruitment, intra-company transfers, or any other procedure where they need a work permit.

We will establish an audit to assess the risk of your status. First we put in place all the necessary measures to stabilize your immigration status. Then we can proceed to “reconstruct” the elements that were lacking in your immigration process.

We can’t promise you a miracle, but we can bring you our expertise to mitigate any danger to come.

An immigration consultant or lawyer has an obligation of means, not of result. They are even slower once the files have been submitted to the necessary ministries! We recommend that you first contact your authorized advisor (make sure that they are legally authorized to offer immigration services in Canada), and understand what stage your file is at and what possible factors are causing the delay.  Sometimes a simple missing document or a government deadline can delay an entire process.

If, however, you are having difficulty communicating with your representative, contact us. We can assess the situation and refer you accordingly.

We are specialized in international mobility. Therefore, welcoming and integrating newcomers is part of our values and the services that we offer.

We have an incredible team in the field that works specifically on the reception and integration of workers who are recruited during a recruitment assignment. We also have a tailor-made VIP service for executives. The advantage is that we can synchronize all reception steps with the immigration procedures.

Phoenix GMI works on a regular basis with immigrant reception organizations, or economic development organizations, to allow employers to understand the basics of work permit preparation principles.

In the context of the COVID-19 pandemic crisis, Phoenix GMI has launched a series of training webinars that allow you not only to manage immigration procedures, but also reception and integration, in partnership with organizations hosting immigrants.

Our main office is located in Montreal, but our clientele is 75% outside of Montreal. Consequently, we work throughout greater Quebec – specifically in Chaudière-Appalaches, the Beauce region (with a satellite office in Saint-Georges), and Saguenay. We are everywhere!

We know our regions much more than the local agencies, and above all, we have the expertise and responsiveness to different situations.

In addition, our services are not limited to Quebec. Our immigration services are right across Canada.  Contact us for all your needs, whether it is for immigration or international recruitment!
