Preselection of candidates

To help you save valuable time and prevent your human resources department from having to sort out resumes from a culture you are not that familiar with, we use our diagnosis from the beginning of the assignment to identify candidates who perfectly correspond to your prerequisites.

We assess their skills, motivation, interpersonal skills, academic and professional background, and perform a criminal record check. We also check the compatibility between your job opening, the candidate, and the requirements of the four ministries involved in immigration programs.

We can then present you with a preselection of candidates ready to help you take on the challenges of your business.

Candidate selection for an international recruitment mission

Once your candidates have been shortlisted you can meet them, either in person or virtually. In both cases, we help you prepare for the interviews, which we organize for you. We also organize the technical tests and assist you with the final selection reports.

If you choose to participate in an international recruitment mission, we take care of all the logistics so you can focus solely on connecting with candidates and selecting the right profiles.

When the recruitment mission is virtual, most steps take place online. We offer several formulas such as the virtual mission with assistance, where a member of the Phoenix GMI team personally accompanies the candidates, particularly during the practical tests.
